Good tidings are back.......Hopefully......

Well, well, well... I've gotta today began really good for me. Once I woke up, I immediately checked the result of last night's match between my beloved REDS and the Arses of London, Arsenal. Well what a relieve when my team defeated the Gunners of should I say Gooners(hehehehe!!!). 1 - 0 the final score and from what I read about the match and statistics, it was pretty much a one sided match. Well thats not all, today was my Industrial Training Presentation too. I presented all my activities while at PAVCJM and the lecturers were impressed. The lecturer in charge even enquired as to whether I would be interested to work at company of his friend. He said if I was interested, to send my resume to him.
Well it looks like good tidings are on their way back................... hopefully at last after some bad times in life.

Blind Kenji Believe Me

Hmm..... what an odd title you may think. Who's this Kenji guy? Is he blind? Why must he believe me? Well its not really what you may think 'cos those words in the title are titles of songs that I've been hooked onto. Blind is the latest single from Lifehouse, a very beautiful song about loving someone. At first, I wasn't into it but due to constant airing by hommie Wafi, I got hooked onto it. Kenji and Believe Me are songs from Linkin Park's vocalist Mike Shinoda's solo debut album with Fort Minor titled The Rising Tied. They are lovely songs that I really enjoy and still can't get enough of. Kenji especially is a very meaningful song about a Japanese family's trials and tribulations living in America during World War II and how they dealt with it. I'd really recommend these songs to those who like rock and rap infused songs. Listen to them and enjoy them as much as I do.

The Reds.....

First of all, yes The Reds lost to Chelsea. Yes the better team won and yes we lost. First and foremost, what makes the world think that our title hopes have gone up in smoke? To me this is all the work of the press. As you see, Rafa himself has said that its not this season, then why all the talk of The Reds season is gone? Look at the brighter picture, when was the last time we saw the Reds go on a 10 match winning streak? When was the last time we made the scum look so plain in front of their own fans in their own backyard? When we analyse all this, it goes on to show that The Reds have improved tremendously through leaps and bounds. I will not say the season is over but it has just began and it will end with a bang with The Reds getting the second automatic qualification spot to the Champion's League. Next season there's still a lot of improvement to go and hopefully a prolonged run in the Champion's League this season, an FA Cup success(hopefully) and good Premiership showing adds more income into the club's coffers for a better charge at the transfer market to strengthen and improve the squad.By then hopefully, Rafa would have gotten rid of the deadwoods and non-committeds.
All I have to say is The Red tide is surely rising and beware all.
You'll Never Walk Alone.....

First Day Back In Campus.....

Well today finally I returned to my actual vocation, being a student. The day started early for me, woke up by 8.30, checked some news online and sent mails to my friends at PAVCJM. By the way class was only at 11 for me but it was a stretch right up to 4. I had to skip lunch today due to this. Hmm... thats good for me though, cos I feel I've been eating quite a lot lately and its time to reduce the meal intake and work out on becoming leaner and fitter.
Well before class, I headed to the campus photostating shop to get my Industrial Training report bound and submitted. My first class of the day was Data Communications with Mr.Zubeir of Ghana the lecturer. It was quite interesting the way he thought. At the same time I noticed that I didn't feel sleepy and tired like I always do (Training at PAVCJM really made the difference). Class ended at 1 and immediately I had to rush to CLC for my next class, Digital Computer Design. Luckily, the lecturer only had an introductory lecture for 20 minutes before he let us go.
After that my next class was only at 3 so I went to the library. I noticed that the new smart card access system was in full effect (talk about waiting 5 years for implementation). I grabbed the day's paper and read it until I was satisfied. I saw that there was still time so I decided to go upstairs to see if any other friends were around. While up, something hit me, it's been 4 months since I came to this place and now only 4 months remain for me to come and go here. It was kinda shocker and I felt a huge sense emotion come over me. Just like they say, "You won't know the value of something when its with you but only when its gone you realise the pain". Arrgh!!! Not wanting to be too sentimental, I just left and went to the bookstore to get the necessary textbooks for this trimester.
At 3 I had my Computer Graphics & Virtual Reality class by Dr. BS Daya Sagar. It was kinda fun but at the same time quite draggy too. After class, I came home.
Tomorrow I've got no class so I'm gonna spend my time doing my FYP.
Well ciao for now and watch out for my coming posts as I ponder on my life in this place for the past 5 years.....

Remembering the days in JB

Well at last I felt like talking about it......... those days were just too good to forget.
It started as though walking through the gates of a war zone. Just as me and buddie Prasad set foot on that new place it became clear............ we were uninvited guests in a new place. Everywhere we went the were piercing stares as though we were some test subject or wanted fellons. I even had the scary thought of not returning alive.
Thank God, a saviour was sent down to end our plight.......... the so called self-proclaimed legend (u wish!!!) of badminton as he says, saved us. It was a short time (3 months only) but he became more of a guardian. Caring, supportive and not to mention a bully too (hehehe). I hope he gets it when he reads this peace.
Work no longer was mundane with him around. At the same time there was The MIC President, who became a close buddy with whom we hanged out always. He was a bit sensitive though, cos if didn't invite him first to watch movies, he'll use it as a reason to blast and attack us.
I had 2 lovely, kind and caring sisters who kept an eye so that I don't doze off due to sheer boredom (no work la...).If the Demon(Manager) wasn't around, I'll lepak and talk so many stories with them.
After work there was either futsal or badminton to look forward to. The intense rivalry between the Programmers and System Designers became a side show during break hours.
There was also a new good friend who before this was non existent in Melaka, who became very close. We became thick buddies........ the great serials and movies supplier Ms.Footie.
All in all I will and can never ever forget all of you. I do hope we do meet again some day soon (except Ms.Footie).

P.S - All names were changed to avoid conflict (hehehehe!!!)

Btw guys I really miss all of you and this is just a small tribute to you. I hope no one gets offended.
